Cookie Policy

Last updated Jul 24, 2026

Necessary technologies keep AI Training Email secure and working. Optional technologies are off unless you choose to enable them. Your first choice is always presented as Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text records a website stores in your browser. Similar browser technologies can include local storage, pixels, scripts, and embedded third-party content. We apply the same consent rules to all of them, not just files named “cookies.”

2. Necessary cookies

These technologies support security, consent storage, authentication, and core site operation. They cannot be turned off through the preference panel because the requested site or account function would not work without them.

NamePurposeCategoryDuration
ate_consentStores your website privacy choices, policy version, and a random consent identifier.Necessary180 days
__Host-sessionKeeps an account owner securely signed in. It is created only after a successful login.NecessaryUp to 30 days
me_sessionKeeps an employee signed in to the limited employee view. It is restricted to that part of the site.NecessaryUp to 24 hours

3. Optional categories

No optional third-party service is active on aitraining.email as of July 24, 2026. The categories below remain available so a future feature cannot load before the matching permission is granted. Necessary consent and Google Consent Mode defaults are set before site scripts run.

FunctionalOptional third-party features such as embedded video, maps, scheduling, chat, or external media.
AnalyticsOptional measurement used to understand site use and technical performance.
MarketingOptional advertising, remarketing, and cross-site measurement. Global Privacy Control keeps this category off.

4. Global Privacy Control

We recognize the Global Privacy Control signal. When your browser sends it, marketing remains off and cannot be enabled in the preference panel. If a stored choice previously included marketing, the signal withdraws that permission.

This site also publishes its GPC support at /.well-known/gpc.json.

5. Consent records and retention

When you make or change a choice, we retain a minimized server-side receipt for 24 months. It contains the random consent identifier, selected categories and services, configuration hash and revision, event type and source, GPC status, server timestamp, and deletion deadline.

The receipt does not store your IP address, user agent, page path, referrer, email address, account identifier, or free-form browsing data. An automated daily retention job deletes expired receipts.

6. Change or withdraw your choice

Use Your Privacy Choices in the footer on any page to change individual categories. Use Reject non-essential to withdraw all optional permission. Withdrawal clears known optional cookies and reloads the page so optional integrations stop cleanly.

7. Contact and related policy

Questions about these choices can be sent to privacy@aitraining.email. For the broader handling of personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
